Thomas Leder understands his role of a consultant to help an organization release the potential of itself and the business. In his career, he has worked with a wide array of business cultures and tasks, helping many clients permanently attain a higher level of performance. The perspective of his work with clients usually includes evolving the unique advantage of the organization through the processes of governing, performing and learning. He has written several articles and contributions to books and regularly engages in advancing the profession of consulting.
Thomas holds a Master's degree (Dipl. Kaufmann) in business administration and a Ph.D. in economics, both from Frankfurt University. Besides his work, Thomas takes an interest in everything connected to the development of human and organizational systems and cultures, and loves to enjoy art and nature. He likes to be distracted by ideas, and enthusiastically dabbles in several disciplines of sports.
As a consultant Thomas started his career as independent consultant in 1980. He is co-founder and managing partner of HLP OrganizationalConsultants.
